A:The USA and most European countries do not levy an import tax on hand painted reproduction art, in our operational history we have never had a painting stopped at customs and duty applied, however you should check if you feel that there is an import duty in your country of residence.
A:In the very rare case that your painting or frame arrives damaged, please immediately notify the courier company and then inform us. All our paintings and frames are insured and we will immediately work on a replacement.
A:We can supply any size you want. The following is some popular sizes: 8×10, 12×16, 16×20, 20×24, 24×36, 24×48, 30×40, 36×48, and 48×72. however, if none of the sizes listed is what you desire. Not a problem at all! Please fill in your desired size in our website. The program can give you price automatically for your desired size.
A:Yes, you can send several photographs and have people from them placed together into a single painting. Simply give us detailed instructions when placing your order.
A:Our paintings are all shipped rolled in a strong card tube, via DHL or UPS registered air courier service so that you may track your shipment online.

About Payment & Refund
A:Yes, of course. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your painting, you can send us an email and we will try to solve the problem. We would like to know what your complaint is, so that we can try to prevent it from happening in the future. If we are unable to help you, you can simply return it to us within 7 days of the date of the original purchase and have your money refunded as soon as we receive the returned items. (Excluding shipping and handling costs)
